Order Processing Time: Currently we are taking 2-5 days to process and ship all orders.

Shipping Days:  Currently we are shipping on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week.

Domestic US Shipping:

All items are shipped via first class USPS mail service. We are not able to expedite shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Seattle, Washington. Some orders are shipped from our office in Los Angeles, California. This typically takes 3-4 days to arrive depending on your distance from our warehouse. Final delivery times may vary.

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS, based upon the most efficient delivery time. Final delivery times may vary based on your location to the US.

Customs Duties, Taxes or Brokerage Fees: International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in the shipping rates presented at checkout. Please make sure to check with your local customs or postal office to find out what these fees will be before you place your order. Made by Yoke cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Made by Yoke will not grant refunds of any kind.

Shipping to Canada: To reduce high brokerage fees, all Canada orders are shipped via USPS. Please note this may take 7-10 days to deliver. Final delivery times may vary.

My Package is Lost or Stolen:

Unfortunately, Made by Yoke is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Top help offset this risk, we recommend to select Shipping Insurance at checkout in order to cover for loss, theft or damage to your order. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address if additional orders are made).

My Package is Damaged:

Unfortunately, Made by Yoke is not responsible for any packages damaged in transit. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to sales@madebyyoke.com.
