Customer Service Update:

Our customer service team is currently working M, W, F 9-6 PM PST. We will respond to your questions as soon as we can during our office hours.  We typically respond within 24 hours during the weekdays. 

Returns for full priced items: 

We are happy to process a return or exchange. Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of when the customer receives their order. Customers can request the following:

(A) Full refund to original payment method
(B) Exchange for another item
(C) Exchange for a Made by Yoke electronic gift card
Items not eligible for returns:  
  • Any items purchased using a discount code (promo code) or sale and clearance items. These are all final sale. (This does not include the welcome email discount code.)  
  • Personal health and beauty products (dry brushes, kansa wand, tongue cleaners, perfume oil, body oil)
  • Candles, Incense or Incense Holders with opened packaging
  • Eye Masks or Pillows with opened packaging
  • Any products with missing, torn, or open packaging


    1 - Shipping costs are not refundable

    2 - Items Must be Returned in Original Condition: To be accepted as a return, items must be in the same condition at sale. This is considered unused, unwashed, unaltered, untested, etc... with the original packaging intact. If product has a tag, the tags must be in place.

    3 - The Return Shipping Cost Is Covered by Customer: The customer agrees to return the returnable goods for a refund to the original form of payment and the customer is responsible for payment of shipping cost for the returnable goods.

    4 - The Goods Must be Packed Securely: The customer must pack the returnable items securely and use a shipping service with tracking as Made by Yoke is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. If returned items arrive broken, Made by Yoke will not be able to accept the return. Please ensure to wrap breakable items in protective paper and bubble wrap.
