How to Balance Vata Dosha: Preparation for Fall
Every season in Ayurveda is associated with a particular dosha - Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Autumn is associated with Vata dosha. Autumn features cooler temperatures, wind, and dry weather. These characteristics of the season are also characteristics of Vata that can become unbalanced.
