What is Spiritual Health? Living in the Flow of Life
Here’s the big, scary, beautiful truth: we only get one shot at this thing called life. With this in mind, we must make a choice: we can either wander aimlessly or choose to live with intention.
At Made by Yoke, we always choose the latter.

How to give yourself a spiritual check-up:
If you feel like your inner intentions and your outer actions aren’t aligned, it’s probably time for a spiritual check-up. Start with asking yourself the following questions:
- Are you talking to yourself from a place of love or a place of negativity?
- Do you honor your intuition?
- Is it easy for you to find quiet or is your mind filled with chatter?
- Do you have a sacred space to retreat to?
If your answers don’t reflect the quality of life you desire, it’s time to focus on your flow.
One thing to do today to improve your flow:
Too often we can confuse flow with velocity. But here’s the secret—finding the Flow of Life requires slowing down, finding balance, and opening yourself up to the universe's steady stream of love.
One of the easiest and most effective ways to rejoin the flow is with a meditation ritual. This practice can be added to any time in your day and done in any location. The only rule: take a few minutes (or longer) to be present in your current life.
If you struggle with presence, try the 4-4-4 method. Breathe in for four seconds, hold for four seconds, and breathe out for four seconds. Repeat for as long as you need, focusing on the breath.
