Yes. You will need to create an account before signing-up for your subscription.

Can I Apply Discount Codes To My Subscription Order?

No. Discount codes and credits are not eligible for subscription orders. If you would like to use a code on a one-time purchase, please can create a separate order.

Can I Pause My Subscription?

Yes. You are able to pause your subscription, and add or remove any items, at any time. Log into your Made by Yoke account and select pause. You may also manage subscriptions here.

How Do I Skip An Order?

You can skip an upcoming recurring shipment up to 3 days prior to the scheduled ship date.  Log into your Made by Yoke account and select skip. You may also manage subscriptions here.

Can I Change The Ship Date Of My Next Order?

You can change the ship date of your upcoming subscription order up to 3 days prior to the scheduled ship date.

Where Do I Find Information About My Current Plan?

Your current Subscribe & Save information can be found in your account. Simply log into My Account to review. You may also manage subscriptions here.

When Will My Auto-Renewal Subscription Charge?

You will be charged for each scheduled shipment three days before your shipment. Please note, you will be unable to cancel your shipment once it has been charged and processed.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You are able to cancel your subscription after your first two scheduled shipments on the Subscriptions page. If you would like to cancel your subscription before two scheduled shipments, please contact customer service here: info@madebyyyoke.com.
